hai doctors i'm 25 years old male person. i started to feel some difference in my throat when i looked in to the mirror i felt something like pimples on the back of my throat. i'm a teacher and its bothering me no much pain but don't know wt to do plz help me

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having granular pharyngitis producing some pimples like eruption on back of throat.
Do antiseptic, salt water gargles.
Avoid cold drinks, fried, chilies and junk food.
Ok and take care.
