Suggest Medication For Pain Due To Hemorrhoids

i am suffering from hemroids. The bleeding has calmed down but the pain is still not going away. I am not over weight, i eat really healthy and drink about 4littres a water a day. still this issues doesnt want to go away. i take 1 to 2 sitz baths a day, been taking advil to help with pain godd idea? I starting to really get anoyed with this issue. There is a little piece of skin hanging out of my rectam. Please help. Its also pulsating. What to do????

mentioned herewith .

* Manage to have soft , regular bowel movements along with some dietary
precautions , if needed your doctor may suggest you some laxatives .
