Suggest Medication For Pain In Arms And Breathlessness Due To Excess Drinking

I'm nineteen years old and it all started a year ago when, after one night of drinking with some friends to celebrate a friend's death, I woke up to find that I did not remember most of the night and that I threw up so much in my sleep that it eventually looked like I was throwing up water, and that my arms and legs were numb. I went to the Emergency Room and the Doctor there told me that the drinking probably just lowered my potassium level, and that I should feel fine in about a week. But I didn't. I now have chest pains that has recently developed into arm pains as well and I have shortness of breath. I recently had an ekg and chest x-ray done but they came back normal. My blood pressure is also normal. The Doctors tell me that it is probably anxiety attacks, but it's not. It's not anxiety that causes my symptoms, it's my symptoms that causes my anxiety. What do you think it is?
