Suggest Medication For Pain In Testicles, Fatigue And Low Semen Quality

I have biltral vericocel grade 1 to 2 and I have done the seamen analysis in June 2014 that time my sperm count was 69 million per ml and in December 2014 it come down to 40 million per ml I have pain in right testies sometime special for 2 to 3 days after manstribute and now I am feeling weakness. my seamen quantity is reduced tremendously aslo seamen quality is not good please suggest me the right medicines

Well come to HCM
If this is varicocele in pure form then this is surgical condition and this may need repair after the repair you need to get done the semen analysis again, till then medicine has got no role, hope this information helps, take care.
