Suggest Medication For Pain On The Right Side Of The Body After A Stroke

I have a stroke in 2015 due to my stroke my right side of my body from my shoulder to my foot bottom i develop nervous pain. Serious pain .i have problem sleeping at night because of my pain. I have been taking gabapetine for the pain.. but it easy the pain a little. There is anything else i can do for this pain. I cry sometimes because it hurt so bad.
