Suggest Medication For Pain And Stiffness In Joints While Having Thalasemia Minor

i have pain and stiffness in bones.i m 20 year old female.i also have thalasemia minor.doctor gave me a temporary relief from on alpha,osnate-D ns calcium+zinc capsule.but after few months i experience bone pain and stiffness in joints.do i need to take any medicine permenantly?

I really appreciate your concern, as long as your clinical condition (Thalassemia) are concern no need to take any permanent medicine but you need to follow the advise given by your hematologist, else this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care, and have a nice day.
