I was sleeping on my side the night before last and woke to turn over, when i moved my arms apart i got a massive pain underneeth my right breast tissue but st the top of my breast, is it possible i could of hurt my pectoral muscle? Its day 2 today and its just a dul ache unles i turn my head or change my possitioning quick then it really hurts..,im female aged 33. Thanks in advance x
