As per your query the problem of having very hard stools although you go to bathroom everyday is indicating towards condition known as
Constipation, but it is still a good sigh that you are evacuating your bowels daily..
Hard stools can occur due to normal dietary conditions
like dehydration or not drinking enough water, lack of dietary fibre intake, sedentary routines and not having sufficient physical activity, stress, irregular eating routines medications if you take,high blood sugar levels or
diabetes,
thyroid disorders, side effects of any and even
irritable bowel syndrome can be a cause for the symptoms..
You should first of all start improving your dietary habits by eating plenty of green leafy vegetables, salads and fruits..
Drink 3 to 4 litres of water daily..
Go for regular walks and workouts..
Finish your dinner atleast 2 hours before sleeping so that it gets digested properly..
It will improve the condition..
You can also take stool softeners like Docusate and lubricants like Castor oil..
Laxatives like Miralax [polyethylene glycol] can help..
