Suggest Medication For Persistent Elevation In Blood Sugar Levels

Dear sir, I am Prakash G.b Bailhongal taluka anigol village .sir last 3 years .age 34 years . Sir please advice to me sugar level 309 random But I have received glimestar M1last 4 months.but levels are going to same.because you recommend for me tablets please........Sir

Thanks for posting on HCM
A random blood sugar of 309 is not good.You will need to have your blood sugar under control.Since you are already on glimestar, i will suggest you continue with it and see your Doctor for regular blood sugar checks and dose adjustments.I will suggest you try the following:
-Continue with glimester M1
-Take enough water
-Diet control and diet adapted for diabetics
-Regular physical exercises
If your blood sugar is not controlled with glimestar and home measures, your Doctor may associate with other antidiabetics.
