Suggest Medication For Persistent Fever, Cough And Low Appetite In A Toddler

My 3.5year son had slight fever and cough from last 3days. I has give him dolo 250 syrup and levolin syrup. But from last next night onwards both fever (102) and cough also increased. So now I started nebulization using duolin. And also gave advent forte syrup 457mg. But now he stop taking food, complaint about vomiting. Wat to do?

Welcome to HCM.
I understand your concern.
It could be a stomach/respiratory tract infection causing the fever.
Adv-Haemogram blood test to see whether it is a bacterial or viral infection.
Viral fever needs no treatment other than symptomatic(antipyretic) medications such as solvin cold syrup 5ml twice daily can help.

If in haemogram the total leucocyte count is more than the normal range then an antibiotic could be added.
For cough any cough suppressant medication for the time being needs to be taken.
Once the infection come under control the appetite will improve automatically.
