Suggest Medication For Persistent Fever In A Toddler

my ward is suffering from fever 102 degree. Whose age is 28 month and weight is near about 15 kg. She is having fever since yesterday. I have given her calpol 120mg (7ml in gap of 6 hours) but she is not getting relief. Please u suggest me that which medicine should be given. And how much dose.

Do cold sponging and use paracetamol drops. Plz take him to ER as soon as possible for proper assessment.
