Hello,

You had gastrointestinal bleeding, highly likely from the stomach or duodenal ulcer with a concomitant disorder of thyroid gland - hypothyroidism. Hypothyroidism is an under-functioning thyroid gland. In hypothyroidism, there is a low level of thyroid hormones that causing constipation, fatigue, weakness and cold sensation.

You need immediate medical evaluation with upper endoscopy, blood, stool tests etcetera. If the ulcer disease is confirmed, you will need triple therapy with 2 antibiotics and proton pump inhibitors (Lansoprazole). Your anemia should also be treated with iron supplements. Additionally, thyroid function tests and/or TSH stimulation test may be ordered by your doctor to properly diagnose central hypothyroidism. You may need thyroid hormone replacement therapy for hypothyroidism. Please visit a hospital without delay.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
