General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to sciatica pain. I see that you have already used strong painkillers such as Morphine. So, I suggest to consult a neurosurgeon about the option of surgery as a treatment. Meanwhile I suggest to use painkillers such as Codeine 15 mg three times a day.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
