I m 74 years old. Have had rosacea, but not bad for over two years. I use clindamycin gel on my face when a pimple/boil breaks out. Lately around my nose, keep popping out, and can t get rid of it. Goes away in one spot and starts in another. ou

use salicylic acid face wash..also use benzoyl peroxide cream..and adapalene gel in the.night..don't use any cream or oily product on your face
