As per the result of the urine analysis given, you are suffering from urinary tract infection.
You can take Tab Ciprofloxacin 500 mg twice daily for 7-10 days.
You are also encouraged to take lot of oral fluids like safe drinking water to increase the urine out put so as to eliminate the invading organisms.
