General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The upper airway spasm sounds to be related to pollen exposure. Primary care is the prevention of exposure with face mask or other maneuvers. Though low dose Budecort may help her, but I would not recommend to use it unless prescribed by her pediatrician after physical examination as there are many pros and cons of its use at 6 months age.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
