Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
It is difficult to say without seeing it.
But I think it may be scatch infected or a hemangioma.
Hemangioma is not painful and wanes after applying pressure.
Local application of antibiotic ointment may be tried for a few days.
Consult dermatologist if it does nor subside.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
Please feel free to ask any more queries if required
Take care
