Suggest Medication For Running Nose,cough And Watery Eyes
My 5 year old daughter has had a runny nose, glossy eyes (dilated pupils as well) terrible cough and just doesn't feel herself. It's been 3 days now and no sign of getting better. She got the flu shot last week but this didn't start till several days later. Are the 2 related or could it be something more serious?

Child is suffering with RTI probably viral.
Antihistaminic with decongestant medicines along with bronchodilators to be used with proper doses.
Nebulization with bronchodilators will help in relieving the symptoms.
Antibiotics may also to be used if required .
