I have had some issues with my bowels lately (constipated then diarrhea)yesterday I had one of my worst attacks and the diarrhea was aweful and the pain was terrible i was sweating and felt feverish really sick, fell asleep right after that never happened before. Today Im still in pain like i was run over just a little bit ago I felt a though I had gas and went to fart but knew right away something else was coming out so I rushed to the bathroom, expecting a bowel movement but instead it as blood, and no it was no period blood. i pushed agian and a little more came out what does this mean?
