Suggest Medication For Severe Hair Fall

Hello sir, Im suffering from severe hair fall for the past 2 years. I took many ayurvedic as well as allopathic therapies but i didnt get any improvement.many of my friends suggested to do a TFT but it was also normal. Don t know what to do. Its embarassing :( will you help me to find a cure for this

Do you have dandruf? If you do not have then if i have to treat such a patient i will advice Minoxidyl hair oil twice a day, cap finastride one cap daily, cap becadexamin three times a day. If you have dandruff then i will advice ketoconazole shampoo twice a week, tab terbinafine 2 50 daily whitfields ointment twice a day, capbecadexamin three times a day.
