Suggest Medication For Severe Headache, nausea & Anxiety

I started taking Wellbutrin SR 9 days ago. My dosage is 150 2x a day. So far I have had severe headaches, nausea, anxiety, a horrible taste in my mouth and an occasional sweaty flush. How long must I take this before these side effects go away? I ve read that after 4-6 weeks they will go away. Also, would xanax hurt to take?
