i am having terrible lower abdominal cramps that run down to my thighs and lower back. the pain wont let me sleep and it feels like my lower abdomen is heavy. a few days ago i had a strange but not gross smell in my vagina and some spot bleeding with mucous. i used a medicated douche and the smell went away. after the douch i started getting these cramps could it be an infection?
