Suggest Medication For Severe Nasal Congestion

hi doctor,im 14 years old n i have severe nasal congestion someone told me if i take nasal drops or nasal spray everyday while i have this problem it will damage mi nasal bone when i grow up so can u please tell me is it true or not???

in my opinion regular treatment in form of nasal drops I.e. xylometazoline nasal drop causes rhinitis medicamentosa. if it's saline nasal drops you should not worry as it's natural, you can use Saline as long as you want. I don't think it damages bone. you can use drops continuously for 5 days then take a drug free gap of 2-3 days.
