Hello,
I had gone through your query and understand your concern.

Short answer: Please consult a urologist.

Detailed answer : Thanks for asking on HCM.

Kidney stones causes severe pain. You can take pain killers to reduce the pain. It is not possible to suggest any such pain killers as it is not clear from your question about your history of allergy to medication. Best way to get rid of pain is to consult a urologist. If stones are big in size you need to go for a procedure to break them. Unless your kidney stones are removed this problem pain will continue to trouble.

Hope this helps.

If you have any other queries, feel free to ask. Regards,
Dr.Prathap Kumar
