Suggest Medication For Severe Pain In Back Bone And Legs
please tell me my mother suffer from back bone problem and lots of pain in it thats way pain in the legs and, overall body so we consult with doctor he give the medicince fexible baclofen(b.p.) 20mg and lacolit(lacosamide) 50mg,loxidol(meloxicam) 7.5mg and injection zantac(ranitidine)2 ml decadron 3ml=12mg is that medicine is right?????
Thanks for asking at Healthcare Magic. I read your question and I understand your concern. Yes these are right medications but decadron is beneficial for 5-10 days. Prolong use has many side effects. I would like advise you to have MRI spine to dig out the cause. If it is just disc prolapse then Epidural steriod injection can give her pain free window period to do so much excersize to bring back the disc to its normal position. Last resort would be surgery. Hope it helps best. Don't forget to rate this answer and close the discussion at Healthcare Magic. Take your best care. Regards Dr Ejaz
