Suggest Medication For Severe Stomach Pain And Burning Sensation

I have horrible stomach pain whenever my stomach is empty. Every morning and sometimes if I haven't eaten for a few hours during the day. Feels like someone has punched me in the stomach, right below my ribcage. Also sometimes it almost feels like it may be burning a little.

Hello,

You may be suffering from chronic gastritis or peptic ulcer disease. Avoid spicy food, alcohol, and painkiller medicine. Also, use tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week.

If symptoms not improved, then please consult your gastroenterologist so that he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
