Suggest Medication For Sinus Headache And Thick Mucus In The Nasal Cavity
Started with a sinus headache which evolved into thick mucus in nose and down the throat. It is very difficult for me to blow my nose to clear it because it is so thick and having some difficulty breathing because the mucus in so heavy down my throat. Is there an over the counter med I can take? I am a 70 year old female. Thank you Kathy

You can take OTC analgesics like ibuprofen for pain.
Do frequent steam inhalation.
Do nasal irrigation using saline nasal drops.
Consult an ENT physician in case of recurrence.
