Suggest Medication For Sinus Infections

hi doc,i always have stuffy nose and sneezing due to things which are too sensitive too ma nose and always have watery flu everyday of my life.what does that mean? i have been getting medication for sinuses but its not working out for me, what should i do?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..

As per your complain stuffy nose and sneezing along with watery discharge can be due to Allergic Rhinitis and can be due to allergic reaction to some unknown allergens, common ones are pollen, animal danders, dust etc..

I would suggest you to consult an Allergist and get evaluate and along with a thorough clinical evaluation he can also advise you allergic testing to rule out the exact cause of allergic reaction..
Avoiding exposure to allergen can help..
An immunotherapy can also be instilled to reduce the severity of allergic reaction..

As of now you can take anti allergics like Benadryl or levocetrizine..
You can also do steam inhalations and use a humidifier in your room
Decongestants like phenylephrine an be taken oral as well as nasal..
