Suggest Medication For Sleeplessness

Hi, I am 27 years old and recently shifted to Delhi from Bangalore, my problem is that I am not getting enough sleep and bcz of that I am loosing my helth as well. Please suggest me some sleeping pills name which I can get from a medical store. Please do not sau go to a doctor and do Yoga and all bcz nothing is working out. i am going mad bcz of that. please help..

Choice of medication for insomnia depends on primary abnormality. If you are having induction problem then try tab zolfresh 10 mg at bedtime. If duration of sleep is short then tab Clonotril MD.
I would like to suggest non pharmacological measures like maintain sleep hygiene.
