Suggest Medication For Slight Discomfort In Right Knee While Squatting

Hi Doctor, I have a slight discomfort/pain in my right knee when I squat only. I had the same problem with my left knee five years ago and I was prescibed Kondro/Rejoint capsules and after about 3 months I was completely alright. I am 53 now and cycle and push weights every alternate day as part of my exercise routine. Can I continue taking Kondro/Rejoint capsules or is there any other suitable medicine you can recommend Warm Regards, A Shabbir Ahmed Bangalore India

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, yes you can have the same medicines again if the symptoms are as it is like previous one, and if the pain persist even after the treatment then you need to see the doctor again then it may need x-ray and other imaging study, most common is arthritis hope this information helps.
