Suggest Medication For Social Anxiety

i m taking pexep 20 mg for social anxiety now .....before this i was taking xet 20 mg for social anxiety for 10 days bt dis medicine was not available so i took pexep 20 mg.Both d medicines contain same contain paroxetine ...so if i change company brand will it cause any problem..plz reply

Hi dear,there can be very little change in response if the brand is changed, but i have seen patients where changing brand produce less response.i usually prescribe propranolol along with paroxetine in case of social phobia.
