ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi , as per your clinical history it appears as you are having acute pharyngitis.

If I were your treating doctor, I would prescribe you antiseptic mouthwash , Plenty of fluids ,anti inflammatory analgesic Ibuprofen , Macrolide Antibiotic azithromycin & vit C.

Certainly above treatment will give you much relief but if relief is not upto satisfaction level then consultation with your ENT doctor will become essential.

Thanks.
