Thanks for posting your query.
Well for fungal infections you need to use medications for 4-8 weeks . The recovery is slow and hence you need to be patient.
I would recommend you to use Terbinafine cream over your infected skin for 4 weeks and after 4 weeks take a photo of the affected skin and upload , i shall advice then whether to continue cream for even more days.
Also apply cream over and around the affected region including the normal skin.
