I recommend you to do general body exercises as routine. It is always better to join in Group exercise of same group and do exercise, it will motivate you and gives feeling of well being as you socialize.
Some of the exercise of shoulder and neck which can twice a day for 15 minutes are -
Shoulder Pendular exercise- Side by side, to and fro, clock and anti clock
neck active exercises
Shoulder active exercises
Use hot water fermentation it will help in easing the
stiffness and gives you relaxation post exercises.
Apart form this
Meditation, brisk walk, soft and fiber rich diet will keep you light.
If still you feel consult a geriatric physician, who will asses you clinically and suggest you investigation, if required and plan the treatment for you.
