Ive been sick to my stomach for 5 days now....head feels heavy at at times a headeache....thought I had the stomach flu but i can eat sometimes without feeling worse....took my blood pressure today and it was 160/80...have been taking lisinipril 10mg 2xs now...no change still feel the same...when I stand up I get more nausas
For a stomach flu eat a easily digestible food in semisolid or liquid form Dont eat from outside No processed food Eat lot of veggies and fruits Reduce oil and spices in your food take a high fibre diet and fluid intake according to your body weight and level of activity. you can take a probiotic for at least 2 weeks For your Bp do lifestyle changes Stop all dairy products cut down animal proteins eat high fibre diet with lots of veggies and fruits reduce salt and oil intake Exercise daily Reduce stress with meditation , yoga start veggie juicing with celery , parsley etc which will reduce bp sleep for 8 hrs you will definitely will be able to contol your bp with these measures and may be even able to reduce the dose of the drugs you can take a Magnesium supplement at bed time which also reduces bp if still bp is high you may have to add a new drug . hope this helps you
