Suggest Medication For Stomach Pain And Pressure During Passing Stools

Hi doctor, I am having stomach pain from the past 2-3 months and I am experiencing that just after the stomach pain I feel pressure in my stomach and that take me for motion. Now a time, the situation is more critical I am getting serious stomach pain again and again and going to stool.

Hello,

You have not exactly mentioned the site of pain because the abdomen cavity contains many crucial organs in it and pain also occurs accordingly as for example if it is the biliary colic then pain mostly occurs at the right side of the abdomen.

Here in your case, I could guess from the little information given that it could be intestinal colic and it mostly happening due to infection and protozoa would be the cause.

Following suggested medicines can be tried:
1 Tablet Dicyclomine with Paracetamol, three times in day
2 Tablet Metronidazole, twice in day for five days

If the symptoms persist then it is time to see the doctor, with little information nothing much can be advised.
