Suggest Medication For Stomach Pain Due To Infection In Food Pipe Post Childbirth
hello I had a baby 3months ago and after I gave birth I start to get these real bad pain in my stomach that would wake me up out my sleep crying and vomiting I have saw many of doctor had a cam put down my stomach they said they saw I had infection in my food pipe but I still having these pain in my stomach lining

HI, Thanks for the query. I understand your concern. You seem to have gastritis / hyper acidity waking you up in night with severe pain ( burning pain) with vomiting. This usually occurs following long medications specially when taken on an empty stomach/ eating spicy or oily food or not eating sufficient food / alcohol/or infection like H pylori- resulting in inflammation of gastric mucosa & pain or gastric ulcer. * You should take small & frequent servings of non irritant diet /. Cold milk taken in sips every 2 hourly helps & relieves pain & vomiting . Over the counter pills like Gelucil can be sucked three times a day can be taken along with home management to offer relief. * In case it's not reduced after a couple of days you need to see a gastroenterologist for further investigations & specific treatment. Thanks.
