Suggest Medication For Swelling In The Foot
A post operative wound that is not healing after 6 weeks. Leg broken above ankle by garagedoor that crushed it. Plates and screws put in.
Foot swells up and goes black when walking with crutches. 1 course of. antibiotics given. Silver plaster and ointments given by wound specilist. Now more ops recommended but question if plates should come out to heal the wound and would bone be mended?

REspected Sir, for wound healing better option is antibiotic according to culture of wound discharge and also latest hyperberic oxygen therapy works presily.As per bone mending is concerned plates are to be in place till the required time of orthopedic surgeon dear thanks regards hope fast speedy recovery for the patient.
