Understanding your concern. As per your query your infant have symptoms of throat infection, fever and red rashes on the body which is due to viral infection of body, upper respiratory tract infection along with poor and compromised immunity of body.
Need not to worry. I would suggest you to visit pediatrician once and get complete examination done. You should go for blood test and throat swab test. Rashes on body is very common in viral infection. It occurs at recovering stages of infection. Take steam inhalation on daily basis. Avoid intake of outside food and cold carbonated beverages. If symptoms keeps on persisting even after 4-5 days then get it examined and start treatment accordingly.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
