Suggest Medication For Upper Respiratory Tract Infection
I have been advised to take tablet augmentin duo 1gm twice a day by one doctor but my gastroentologist says I should take only levodey 500 twice a day instead for my upper respiratory tract infection. I have MVP and am taking digoxin tab also. pl advise.

For mild to moderate upper respiratory infection one antibiotic is sufficient to control the bacteria, any one molecule you can take both are good.
The dose of Augmentin duo 1 gm once a day only and not twice a day that should be kept in mind.
