Suggest Medication For Whitish Discharge From Ear Piercing

I have white liquids coming out of my right ear through my ear pierce. I squeezed it out and now it is swelling. My skin around the ear pierce peeled a little. I already know that my ear can t handle earrings that have nickel. What medication can help me?

Hi,

You should clean it with hot water soaked cotton swab. Clean it dry and lightly massage it with antibiotic ointment like Sofradex twice a day. It should heal in a week.

If there is no improvement/if the swelling rises/in case you have fever or lymph node enlargement behind ear or neck.

You should consult your family physician for advice of antibiotic that suits you &also dose of it with anti inflammatory pills if needful. Continue with local care. Till it heals completely.

Avoid using Nikel ear rings hence forth.
