I am 23 years old 59kg and 5ft 3. I have been on levlen ed for 7 years always had regular withdrawal bleeds except for the last two months they have been almost non existant except for some brown spotting. This month was brown spotting/discharge for 3 days, then 3 days after it ended I had pink spotting for a day and have had cramping ever since (so for about 8 days) could this be endometriosis, pregnancy?
