You are advised to be at rest. Since you are nauseous take antiemetic, one stat. Take sips of water and fluids till you feel better. Take some food after you stop feeling nauseous. You are stressed out. You need to relax. You are suggested to take naproxen, one stat to get rid of your discomforts. You can also take acetaminophen, one stat and when required.
Take food and water so that your blood sugar and electrolyte balance normalizes. When you have sex during menstruation & get strong orgasm or get multiple orgasms you tend to get stressed after sex as there occurs strong uterine contractions. Since you are sensitive, try to avoid sex during menstruations. Sex during menstruations does not make you pregnant. Take rest.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
