MY WIFE IS SUFFERING URINE INFECTION FOR LAST ONE YEAR SHE HAS TAKEN URIBID FOR ABOUT A MONTH AND CEFTUM 500 ALSO FOUR TO FIVE TIMES NOW HER DOCTOR PRESCRIBED FARONEM 200 SHE IS 57 NOW DR PRESCRIBED THREE TAB FOR 7 DAYS AND 1 FOR 15 DAYS SHE IS ON BED FOR LAST FIVE YEARS SUFFERING FROM PREM AMBULISIM PLEASE SUGGEST ME

Welcome to healthcare magic! Have you done urine culture sensitivity. There is no point taking antibiotics randomly. The bacteria may be resistant to all above antibiotics.Rule out vesicoureteral reflux, kidney infection, kidney stone. Ultrasonography of abdomen may be useful.Carry out following tests- urine routine, culture sensitivity, usg abdomen,voiding cystourethrogram, IVP tests.
