Suggest Medication To Abort Early Pregnancy

Hi, I am 6weeks pregnant and gestation is 3 weeks. I have a son of. 9 months and I am still feeding....I am not interest in keeping the pregnancy at this stage... My current doctor is charging extra ordinary fees and asking for n no.of reports .. Pls advice medicine through which I can get rid of pregnancy My Date of Birth is 12 Dec 1980

Understand your concern
Mifepristone and misoprostol is safe, effective and successful medication to abort the early pregnancy of less than 9 week. It does not secrete in breast milk and does not affect breast feeding. Pre pill use USG should be done to confirm intrauterine pregnancy. It should be taken under advice and supervision of gynecologist.
Do not take at home as it cause serious complication like excessive bleeding, abdominal cramp and high chance of failure that require surgery and special care. You can also take help of registered health care provider.
By procedure, Mifepristone 600 mg orally after meal on first day. After 48 hour. misoprostol 400 ug should be put in the vagina and another 400 ug if required after 4 hour.
Abortion process will complete in 4-6 days. Follow up visit at 7th day and USG at 14th day should be done to confirm complete process of abortion.
Rest for 48 hour, analgesic, healthy diet with iron supplements and maintain pelvic hygiene.
