1. Practice behavioural therapy namely '
pause and squeeze' technique regularly.
2. Include in your diet some of the foods like milk, almonds, dates, figs, honey and papaya, which would help to improve blood supply to penis.
3. Take Tablet.
Tadalafil, 30 minutes before the act, when necessary.
4. Practice
meditation regularly to relieve your
stress and keep your mind calm and healthy.
Over a period of time, your confidence levels should improve and you should perform better.
