Suggest Medication To Cure Depression And Anxiety Disorder

Hi ive an anxiety disorder which causes depression I m on several meds. Mirtazapine was added in 2 and a half weeks ago and I had a huge improvement last week so decided to drop the 5mg a day valour I d be on for 7 weeks. Fast forward to 5 days later and I started getting seriously bad panic attacks and lots of other physical symptoms so I rang the medical centre and spoke to a doctor who reinstated me on the valium until I can see my own doctor which is Monday. I m just wondering as I m still quite shook by what happened do you think the anxiety will lessen soon when the valium has reached a steady level again? As the zispin was kicking in and I was doing great. I know valium should onlu bw short term but i need to feel better as ive 3 young kids to look after Thanks

Hello,

The smooth recovery of long term and added advantage of Mirtazepine with tetracyclic anti depressant actions, was disturbed due to sudden stoppage of Valium tablet and receptors get de-sensitized from the same event. Till the time being, it takes action on hand, interval intake of short acting Melatonin (3 mg) can give best results after discussion with your treating doctor. At home practice of meditations and YOGA will help great in this cases and on long term consistent basis.
