- joining peer groups with same disorder
- regular exercises, YOGA, meditations
- avoidance of stress, anxiety
- regular sound sleep of 7 hours
- avoidance of
smoking, alcohol or recreational drugs if taking
- regular anxiolytic and supportive medications
- control of blood sugar, BP, weight,
cholesterol levels
* Regular follow up with your
psychiatrist is mandatory for rest of the
