hello sir,good afternoon I am having numbness and tingling sensation in legs and arms. doctor is advised to take nurokind plus injection for alternative day . I am also having vitamin b12 is 5500. pl.give me suggestion for reducing numbness and tingling

It may be due to peripheral neuropathy.
For further assessment you may require MRI neck, nerve conduction studies, vitamin b 12 levels after neurologist consultation.
You may require tablet pregabalin and multivitamin after consultation.
Continue physical therapy.
Do blood sugar levels monitoring.
Continue physical therapy.
