Suggest Medication To Delay Periods
hi planning for the baby,i am planning to take pills for delaying my periods,so theat when my husband is in town ,it would match our timings,he would be coming by 10th of dec,and i am planning to delay my periods for 5days from today,roughly it should get on 30th of nov,and over by 5th dec,this could be rignt time to make the baby.kindly suggest.have been trying for baby since 6years,my husband is in defence and we rarly are together.please help

You should not try to change your period if it is not incredibly important, because this can affect the regularity of your period. And no medicine is completely free from side effects. So think before taking any medicine for this purpose.
You can postpone your period by taking medroxyprogesterone 5 mg twice daily. You should start 5 days before your expected date of bleeding and continue it for 10 days or until desired. Bleeding will not occur until you stop medroxyprogesterone. When you will stop it, bleeding will start within one week of stoppage.
